ANSYS offers engineering simulation solution sets in engineering simulation that a design process requires. Companies in a wide variety of industries use ANSYS software. it is complete simulation software packag
HISTORY
FINITE ELEMENT METHODE (FEM)
ENGINEERING FAILURE
Engineeringl failure refers to loss of the load-carrying capacity of a component or member within a structure or of the structure itself. Structural failure is initiated when the material is stressed to its strength limit, thus causing fracture or excessive deformations.
In a well-designed system, a localized failure should not cause immediate or even progressive collapse of the entire structure. Ultimate failure strength is one of the limit states that must be accounted for in structural engineering and structural design.for rectifying these engineeringfailure various types of analysing are there.
Based on application, the finite element problems are classified as follows:
STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS:
In Structural Problems, Displacement at each nodal point is obtained By using these displacement solutions, stress and strain in each element can be calculated
NON STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS
In Non Structural Problems, temperature or fluid pressure at each nodal point is abtained.by using these values, properties such as heat flow , fluid flow etc.. For each element can be calculated.
